At the end of December we received verbal confirmation that we have achieved the standard for the Investors in People award. The feedback from the assessor was exceptionally good with a high regard for the level of moral and respect found throughout the company. Our main aim now is not to loose sight of what we have achieved, to ensure that all of our employees continue to be respected and listened to equally and to ensure that we continue to support their own personal development through training and opportunities.
